Flattery the Dog

This pastel painting took a fun little detour. I met this fine fellow on the observation platform at Cape Flattery, which is a fitting happenstance, since the owner was quite agreeable, and maybe even a bit flattered that I would ask to photograph his dog. Try, though I may, however, he was a bundle of kinetic energy, and most of my shots were half-in, half-out, head cut off, blurry messes. Then, I caught this! Too funny! It really nails his personality.
